Fried Anchovies Broccoli

Hi everyone! 
Let's have a look at my broccoli recipe below. It's inspired by www.fortheloveofcooking.net. You should visit their website, a lot of awesome and wonderful cooking there. 
Okay, below is my cooking that inspired by them! =)

Ingredients:

  • About a small bowl of broccoli - cut into small or cut about as easy for you to eat
  • Half lemon - squeeze the juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic - minced
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
  • A bit of salt and white pepper
  • About 2 tablespoons fried anchovies 

Directions:
  1. Steam the broccoli about 4 mins.
  2. At fried pan, add olive oil,chilli flakes, and minced garlic. Fry on low heat, stir constantly about a minute.
  3. Then, add lemon juice and broccoli. Stir again. 
  4. Lastly, season it with salt and white pepper. Stir about 1 to 2 mins again.
  5. Turn off the heat. 
  6. Serve in a small bowl and sprinkle with fried anchovies.
  7. Done! Happy eating!

Cheese Cake

Hello there, have a nice day! Let's scroll my cheese cake, I created the ingredients myself. I taste it already and it tastes yummy! So come on scroll :)

Ingredients
  • 7 slices cheddar cheese
  • 50 ml evaporated milk
  • 150 ml UHT Whipping cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 75 grams self-rising flour
  • 75 grams butter / margarine
  • 50 grams caster sugar (100 grams if you want the cake more sweet)
  • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar

Methods
  1. Cut cheddar cheese into small pieces and mix together with evaporated milk and UHT whipping cream. Cook over low heat. Stir constantly.
  2. When melted, add butter and stir until the butter is melting. Turn off heat and let it cool.
  3. Separate the white eggs and yolk in a different bowl. 
  4. Beat together the white eggs, sugar, and cream of tartar until fluffy.
  5. Then, beat the yolk until fluffy and add the cheese mixture (filtered when add the cheese mixture).
  6. Add in flour little by little then stir slowly until the mixture well mix.
  7. Then, add the white eggs mixture (4) and fold the mixture until well mixed.
  8. Wipe the cake pan with a little butter.
  9. Place the cake pan in a pot of hot water.
  10. Preheat the oven, bake in 180°C for 60 minutes or until cooked.

Jess Biscuits


Ingredients:
  • 500 grams wheat flour
  • 30 grams Nestle Milo powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 85 grams Nestle Nestum Original
  • 75 grams oatmilk powder 
  • 175 grams icing sugar
  • 400 grams butter / margarine
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Methods:
  1. Sifted together wheat flour, Nestle Milo, and baking powder.
  2. Beat the butter, icing sugar, and vanilla essence until fluffy.
  3. Add Nestle Nestum and oatmilk powder. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the sifted ingredients (1) and mix well.
  5. Shape it round or whatever shape you prefer.
  6. Bake in a hot oven 200°C for 25 minutes or until cooked.

Chocolate Rice Biscuits


Ingredients:
  • 300 grams wheat flour
  • 150 grams icing sugar (175 grams if you want it more sweet)
  • 150 grams corn flour
  • 200 grams butter
  • 50 grams chocolate rice
  • 2½ tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 egg white

Method:
  1. Beat the butter and icing sugar until fluffy. Add egg white and beat again.
  2. Gradually add the wheat flour, corn flour, cocoa powder, chocolate rice, and vanilla essence. 
  3. Mix well until it becomes a dough and shape it with a preferred mold.
  4. Bake in a hot oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden and cooked.
