Ingredients:
- 300 grams wheat flour
- 150 grams icing sugar (175 grams if you want it more sweet)
- 150 grams corn flour
- 200 grams butter
- 50 grams chocolate rice
- 2½ tablespoons cocoa powder
- ½ tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 egg white
Method:
- Beat the butter and icing sugar until fluffy. Add egg white and beat again.
- Gradually add the wheat flour, corn flour, cocoa powder, chocolate rice, and vanilla essence.
- Mix well until it becomes a dough and shape it with a preferred mold.
- Bake in a hot oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden and cooked.
